Piezo sensor

This type of pressure sensor comes in a compact size with low profile thanks to its simple element structure. Our know-how in precision processing technology allowed us to produce a compact chip. Moreover, a high resolution of 0.01kPa equivalent to 1m in height and 1mm in water level by optimizing the digital circuit and temperature compensation circuit was achieved. An absolute type for measuring height based on air pressure changes and a gauge pressure type for measuring water level in washing machines make part of this product lineup.

Precision processing technology

Supports both the compact size and high resolution of the sensor chip at the same time.

Compact size realized through Alps' excellence in precision processing. And even after equipping with digital circuit and thermal correction circuit the compact sizes of 4.5~4.5 ~1.0mm (WDH) for the absolute pressure type and 7.0~7.0 ~8.0mm (WDH) for the gauge pressure type were realized. The sensor provides an easy-to-implement compact design with high resolution.
