The highly reliable magnetic sensor advances the technologies and product development skills built over years of work in the magnetic head development field. Flexibility in set design can be improved because it can detect a wider magnetic field with highly reliable (compared to conventional types of magnetic sensors). At the same time it also allows you to save space due to its minute size. It also boasts low current consumption and excellent characteristics for operating in a wide temperature range. It is available in two types - switching output type (designed for open/close detection of doors, lids, etc.) and analog linear output type (designed for rotating angle detection in various mechanisms).
